Part Number: 70209-56052-041 applicable to the BE UH- 60 Blackhawk weapon system. First Article Test (FAT) is required. Production Lead Time with FAT is 12 each, 1080 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to Texarkana, TX, 75507-5000. The required delivery of the Support, Structural is 2 per month.

Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (CAGE Code: 78286), 6900 Main St., Stratford, CT, 06614-1378 is the only known source identified as having the essential qualifications and access to the technical data required to meet the Government’s requirements. This NSN is a Critical Safety Item (CSI). The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this item from additional sources.

The Army is soliciting this as a sole source requirement to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation because the Government does not own the proprietary data necessary to compete this requirement. If any contractor has access to this proprietary data, please provide a capabilities statement to the CS or KO detailing the authorization from Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation to utilize Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation’s proprietary data necessary to manufacture this requirement.

All offerors must have the ability to procure the requisite proprietary data from Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation in order to be eligible for award. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds.
