6B05446-0001 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: 5 Minimum/54 Maximum (Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 9 each) The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) Year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul contract, with minimum / maximum quantities listed above. It has been determined the Government’s needs cannot be met in the commercial marketplace; therefore, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14 procedures will be used.

This is a not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). A Product Verification Audit (PVA) IS required. There is no Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) available to support the Repair of the subject item. Due to availability of repair data, this item is restricted to the following approved sources:

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. (CAGE Code: 06481) and Mercury Mission Systems, LLC (CAGE Code: 0AZ36). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The solicitation will not be issued prior to the closing date stated above.
