SYLC50480-70 ESTIMATED QTY Range: 10 Minimum - 216 Maximum)(Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) quantity of 36 each) The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 and the size standard is 1250 employees. The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), maintenance and overhaul contract, with minimum/maximum quantities listed above.

The maximum quantity includes a quantity for Foreign Military Sales. This is a Critical Safety Item (CSI) ) and must be overhauled by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or other approved sources. Technical data, to include Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) has been identified for this requirement DMWR-55-1680-351, Revision Date 01/30/2015, No Change and all applicable Maintenance Engineering Orders (MEOs) are available for this overhaul requirement. A Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required.

This procurement is restricted to The Boeing Company (CAGE Code 77272) and GE Aviation Systems LLC (CAGE Code 05624). Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Request (SAR) in order to become an approved source by following the procedures outlined at the following website: https://www.avmc.army.mil/Directorates/SRD/SAR/. This announcement does not constitute an Invitation for Bid (IFB). An IFB will be issued at a later date for this requirement. Requests for solicitation will not receive a response.

No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow-up information requested. No basis for claim against the Government shall arise as a result of a response to this announcement or Government use of any information provided. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.

The closing date annotated is an estimated date dependent upon the date of the release of the solicitation; however; the solicitation will not open prior to the closing date stated on the synopsis. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted.
