Fuel Tank Combo-Pack for the Apache AH-64

The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and Overhaul of the Fuel Tank Combo Pack . The Fuel Tank Combo-Pack does not have an adequate Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) for NSN 1560-01-519-4248. As such this action is sole source to the OEM, Robertson Fuel Systems.

1560-01-519-4248 PN: HM025-600-11 Estimated Quantity (QTY) 70 Each Minimum - 420 Each Maximum Maximum QTY includes FMS QTY of 70 EA. This is not a critical safety item (CSI). This acquisition is anticipated to be awarded in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The resulting contract is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract) with a 60 month period of performance with five priced ordering periods.

The closing date annotated is an estimate date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
