The Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) Army Contracting Command is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting Market Research to identify potential sources having an interest and industry technologies available to support/provide the U.S. Army Garrison Aberdeen Proving Ground and Adelphi Laboratory Center with Fire Protection Systems Inspection, Testing, Maintenance (ITM) with repair to assure complete functionality of the life safety systems.
The fire alarm systems shall be inspected, tested, cleaned, and maintained according to UFC 3-601-02. All inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair standards shall be consistent with original equipment manufacturer’s recommendations; all Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and directives. The Contractor shall provide updated Computer-Aided Design & Drafting (CADD) (current year) drawings in a manner that will ensure fire systems serviceability and proper operation.)
This requirements type non-personal services contract will provide fire alarm, fire sprinkler/suppression systems inspection, testing, maintenance, service, kitchen fire suppression systems, fire pumps, fire pump monitoring devices and related equipment and repair including AES transmitter installations for the U.S. Army Garrison Aberdeen Proving Ground and Adelphi Laboratory Center, unless otherwise noted.
