VIRTUAL ONLY Event Description: PEO IEW&S invites you to attend a VIRTUAL industry day for the MATOC supporting AI/ML and IEW&S software development. The first part of the industry day will provide a strategic overview and information session discussing the overarching construct of the contract vehicle, vendor pool and sub-pool structure, and innovative/agile contracting concepts for rapid acquisition. The Army will also discuss the draft RFP, full RFP and proposed base contract award schedule in more detail.

Following the information session, industry is invited to attend two sequential technical sessions with the teams from Project Linchpin and Electronic Warfare. Our industry partners will have the opportunity to speak directly to Government experts and learn more about the specific requirements during these sessions. **Please look out for the release of the AIS@P draft RFP on SAM.Gov prior to Industry Day** Event Agenda:

Closing Remarks About the AIS@P MATOC: Participating on the AIS@P contract will be low barrier to entry for industry while at the same time promoting accelerated TO/DO awards (<30 days for <$25M). AIS@P will provide for innovative vendor on-ramping approaches to maintain “best of breed” pools of vendors capable of quickly responding to Government requirements.

With efficiency being the keystone of AIS@P vendors will be afforded direct access to Government experts, advanced notification of future potential requirements, a streamlined acquisition approach, and other innovative solutions to expedite contract awards to support the warfighter. The PEO IEW&S AIS@P contract vehicle includes two vendor pools supporting PEO IEW&S focusing on the areas AI/ML and SW Development. The AI/ML pool will focus on supporting the Project Linchpin efforts.

The SW Development pool shall include design, development, fabrication, and testing of developmental systems covering the complete range of the PEO IEW&S portfolio. Example efforts may include signal detection and analysis, EMS effects, and signal exploitation. The current AIS@P schedule includes a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) no later than (NLT) the end of NOV 2024, final RFP 2QFY25, with base contract awards being made 4QFY25.
