Background and Description This RFI by the Army seeks industry feedback on expertise on cyber electronic warfare capabilities. More specifically, information sought is with regard to onsite scientific, engineering, and technical support at a government facility to supplement existing government technical staff and support the development and sustainment of systems in the technology areas of cyber, electronic warfare, telecommunications, and related disciplines.

The details of specific technologies, development efforts, and technical requirements are classified. Interested parties are required to have properly accredited facility(s) and access to classified email at the time of this RFI to be able to receive the classified portion of this RFI.

To receive a copy of the classified RFI interested parties should contact ACC-APG by email at troy.l.mcclanahan.civ@army.mil and provide the following information: Company name Mailing address Point(s) of contact Facility Security Officer (FSO) contact information Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code Facility accreditation information Unclassified and classified email address Questions and requests will only be accepted in writing, phone calls will not be accepted.

Contractors that do not have the ability to receive, transmit, store, and process information at the appropriate classification level and have access to a classified collateral network and email at the time of this RFI will not be able to respond to this RFI.
