Instructions for requesting the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C5ISR)/Electronic Warfare Modular Open Suite of Standards (CMOSS) Mounted Form Factor (CMFF) Assured Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (APNT) Block 2 Card request for information (RFI): To adhere to the DoD guidance in handling Controlled Unclassi?ed Information (CUI) responses to this RFI must be handled via DoD SAFE.

Partners that wish to receive the RFI must complete the following questionnaire. **This RFI Questionaire is for market research purposes only. The submission of information to the Government is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any items/services or for the Government to pay for the information received.

This CMFF APNT Card RFI Questionairre posting is part of a continuing market research effort by Project Management Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PM PNT) to understand the capabilities that industry can deliver to the US Army** Project Manager, Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PM PNT) will deliver the CMFF APNT Block 2 Card RFI by DoD SAFE once your company information has been veri?ed.

Please complete this questionnaire and send electronically to usarmy.apg.peo-iews.mbx.pm-pnt-mod1@army.mil by 06 August 2024. The RFI response is due back by 30 August 2024 through DoD SAFE, as well. PM PNT will provide a DoD SAFE Drop-O?

Request by approximately 16 August 2024. DO NOT SUBMIT CLASSIFIED MATERIAL WITH THE INITIAL EMAIL REQUEST FOR THE RFI Administrative Information: a. Company Name b, Company POC c. Mailing Address and Website d. CAGE Code e, For NAICS 334220 (size standard of 1250 employees), indicate your business size including all subcategories of small business that are applicable (large business, small business, small-disadvantaged, 8(a), woman-owned, veteran-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, HUBZone) e. Unique ID # (assigned by SAM.gov) f. Location of facility(s) g. Is your company foreign owned, either directly or indirectly?

If so, what is the country of origin and is the company fully or partially owned? h. Does your organization have the ability to handle CUI documentation? i. Please provide name and email address of the individual receiving documentation electronically through DoD SAFE. j. Does a member within your organization have a CAC, with an active account, that can access Government downloads from a PKI-enabled website?

Facility Security Information: a. Facility Clearance Level b. Facility Security O?cer name, phone number, and email address c. SMO Code Partners will receive the CMFF APNT Block 2 Card RFI through DoD SAFE. No further dissemination is authorized without PM PNT approval. Hard copies of the RFI must be stored via approved CUI safeguarding requirements.
