TMS Call for Participation

Combat Capabilities Development Center (DEVCOM) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Center (C5ISR Center) is issuing this Special Notice on Sam.gov to announce a call for participation in two task forces for the Tactical Microgrid Standard (TMS), also known as MIL-STD-3071. The Cybersecurity Proposal Task Force will address Work Request 2025-01 to improve cybersecurity in TMS.

The Revision Task Force will address Work Request 2025-02 to improve clarity, backwards compatibility, and existing features in the standard. These opportunities were briefed at the February 27th Industry Day, as described by the Governance section of the presented slide deck (slides 72-77).
