Amendment 0003 is issued to Solicitation W56HZV-23-Q-0135 to add an adidtional item, Keyboard Data Entry and change from Full and Open competition to soliciting from a single source in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) to New Eagle Consulting, Inc. Make administrative changes to the Issued by DoDAAC in accordance with FAR 43.103(b)(1).
