We are requesting information regarding a pending solicitation. Please review the attached draft PWS, sample CLINs (below), then respond to the questions (below):

Sample CLINs:

CLIN 0001:

Perform Monthly Operation and Maintenance Service CLIN 0002: 12 Months Energy Cost (Tons of Pellets estimate: 275 tons)

CLIN 0003: Repair Work (non routine Maintenance)

Questions: -Are you able to propose to each CLIN? If not, why? -Which, if any CLIN, would you likely subcontract? -What pricing structure is reasonable/realistic for each CLIN? -What dollar range, based on the models, and systems described in the PWS would be reasonable for the non-routine work under CLIN 0003? Provide a yearly estimated min/max, and per project average. -Is there any information not included in the PWS that would assist you in providing a more accurate proposal? -Do you have an active Cage Code to do business with the US Government?
