THIS IS A SPECIAL NOTICE PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) SUBPART 5.2 “SYNOPSES OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTIONS” NAICS 81233 Linen and Uniform Supply Product Supply Code: 6532 Hospital and Surgical Clothing and Related Special Purpose Items Response Deadline: 10 July 2024 The 409th Theater Contracting Command, Kaiserslautern Germany, in support of the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC), has a requirement for Hospital Surgical Clothing and linens.

Interested parties may express interest regarding this requirement by e-mail to the point of contacts identified in this pre-solicitation notice. This synopsis is being posted in accordance with FAR Part 5.203(h) because one or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.

This synopsis is not Invitation for Bid (IFB), Request for Proposal (RFP), or a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an IFB, RFP, or RFQ in the future.
