RFI - Salesforce Software Licenses

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes, the Army is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. This RFI does not commit the United States Government (USG) to contract for any supply or service whatsoever.

CONTRACTING OFFICE: Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI)

ATTN: Corene (Nicole) Feddersen corene.n.feddersen.civ@army.mil ACC-RI is seeking information from qualified vendors capable of providing the full suite of Salesforce licenses, including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud), Analytics Cloud, and other related Salesforce products and services. We are interested in the following information:

Full Suite Availability: Confirm whether you can provide the full suite of Salesforce licenses.

Reseller/Distributor Information: If you are a reseller/distributor, please disclose your markup on Salesforce licenses. Describe any value-added services you offer as a reseller, such as implementation support, training, or managed services.

Company Information: Provide basic company information including name, location, years in business, and relevant Salesforce partnership tiers (if applicable). This is a Sources Sought notice only and does not constitute an RFP or commitment to a contract. The purpose of this notice is to identify potential vendors and gather information for market resource purposes.

Interested vendors should submit their responses electronically to corene.n.feddersen.civ@army.mil and megan.e.haffey.civ@army.mil by April 15, 2025. Please keep your response concise, limiting it to no more than two pages. Please note: Responses to this Sources Sought notice will not be considered as proposals and will not be evaluated for award.
