Notice of Intent to Award a Sole-Source Contract - SILO

The US Army intends to award a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Enterprise Contract to Authentic8. This action is pursued under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, as Authentic8 is the developer and sole proprietor of the SILO software, which is the established digital investigation standard, for the Department of War (DoW) and is critical for mission interoperability.

The requirement is to establish an Enterprise Contract which will be available for ordering by the US Army and the DoW for the full suite of Authentic8 SILO Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software licenses, professional services, add-on products, and support for U.S. Army and DoW digital investigation operations. This notice is for informational purposes and is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this action is solely at the discretion of the Government.
