See RFP Solicitation The proposed contract action is for Non-Destructive Testing Modernization in support of the United States Army Rock Island Arsenal - Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to solicit Small Business of supply for non-destructive testing modernization. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

The Government reserves the right to award no contract at all. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
