Headquarters, U.S. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island (ACC-RI), on behalf of Program Executiove Office (PEO) Enterprise Information System (EIS), plans on awarding a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) base contract with four (4) one- year options for test automation and management tools. This requirement is being sourced direct Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
It is anticipated that this procurement will result in an award to Tricentis Americas, Inc. The Tricentis Automated Testing Solutions ELA will provide the U.S. Army with comprehensive software tools for automated testing, performance monitoring, and data integrity validation across various systems. The solutions include:
Tosca: No-code test automation for functional and regression testing. qTest: Test management, defect tracking, and reporting.
NeoLoad: Load testing and performance monitoring.
LiveCompare: SAP impact analysis and test optimization.
Vision AI: Object recognition for air-gapped systems. *The tables shown in attachments represent estimates of quantities needed for the Tricentis testing solutions over the base and subsequent option years. The anticipated Firm Fixed Price ELA will contain pricing for the testing solutions and management tools. The contract is expected to be awarded 01 August 2025.
