The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is contemplating award of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order contract for AIR-COOLED PRECISION COOLING SYSTEMS to be provided to Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). PBA will install the units. The contractor shall complete unit start-up after PBA has completed installation.
