DX Application Performance Management (DX APM) Java and .NET Agent Maintenance

1. Description of Requirement: Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for DX Application Performance Management (DX APM), formerly CA APM, Java and .NET Agent Maintenance and DX Introscope to DX Application Performance Management Upgrade Java and .NET Agent Maintenance. The requirement’s associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423430 with a small business size of 500 people.

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The incorporated provisions and clauses are included in Attachment 0002 – DX APM Provisions and Clauses.

DX APM Java and .NET Agent Maintenance and DX Introscope to DX Application Performance Management Upgrade Java and .NET Agent Maintenance - Support for 7 licenses - Part # APMJNA990-M - Period of Performance: Five Year Potential (one year base period, with four, one-year option periods). This combined synopsis/solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The Government will conduct this acquisition on a price only basis.

The lowest priced quote will be determined in accordance with FAR 13.106-3(a). All interested parties must propose using the attached pricing sheet (Attachment 0001 - DX APM Pricing Spreadsheet).

2. Additional Information All prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. This combined solicitation/synopsis is issued electronically. Interested parties should periodically access https://sam.gov/ to obtain any issued amendments.

Failure to obtain any said amendments and respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your proposal unacceptable. Vendors shall respond to this RFQ by filling out the pricing information in row 4 of Attachment 0001 titled, "DX APM Pricing Spreadsheet" and submitting the quotation in accordance with instruction provided in paragraph 3.
