PBA ELAP Lab Testing

Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary with no cost or obligation to be incurred by the U.S. Government. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is investigating the market capability to provide Environmental Laboratory Testing for Pine Bluff Arsenal.

Requirements: Valid Laboratory Certification from the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ). Valid DoD Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) certification of accreditation. Please see attached “draft Statement of Work – ELAP Lab Testing” for more details. Responses to this Sources Sought shall be provided as described herein. Interested parties shall submit responses in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, or Adobe Acrobat.

Responses shall be limited to 5 pages with Arial font greater than or equal to 12 pt. Company Information 1.
