Mill and Lathe

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island, on behalf of Joint Munitions Technology Command (JMTC), intends to issue a solicitation restricted to Phillips Corporation (CAGE: 3MPQ0) in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Solicitation will be for a 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)- type contract for the Mills and Lathes. The technical data package will be released with the solicitation.

Estimated Solicitation Release Date: is 04 December 2024. Estimated Response Date: 15 December 2024 The solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. All dates in this announcement are estimates and are subject to change.

CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereafter. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is herefore, incumbent upon interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.

Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the same.
