This Request for Proposals (RFP) falls under the scope of the Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE) program for Fort Jackson, South Carolina. This acquisition is a competitive 8(a) acquisition and only BOA Holders who can certify participation in the Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) program under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561210 by the closing date of this RFP will be considered for award.

The contractor will provide logistics support, including, but not limited to, the following function areas: Maintenance support for Garrison Dining facilities; Installation Supply Division (ISD) provides supply & services support to include Central Issued Facility (CIF) operations and Clothing Initial Issue Point (CIIP) operations as well as some Ammunition Supply Point (ASP) operations; and Installation Transportation Division (ITD) provides Personal Property Office (PPO), Troop Movement Support and Transportation Motor Pool (TMP) management for the installation.
