Potassium Chlorate

Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking possible sources of supply for the acquisition of Potassium Chlorate. Potassium Chlorate shall be provided in accordance with MIL-DTL-150 Rev E dated 5 August 2008, Grade B, Class 7. See Attachment 0001 - MIL-DTL-150 Rev E dated 5 August 2008 for further details. This requirement is projected to be a firm-fixed priced five (5) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

The projected guaranteed minimum quantity is 160,000 lbs, with a projected maximum quantity of 800,000 lbs each over the life of the contract. The most probable estimated at 362,650 lbs for the life of the contract. First Article Testing (FAT), 2 lbs will be required. Interested sources need to submit CAGE code, DUNS number, size standard, socioecomic status, place of manufacture, production capability, and estimated delivery lead times.

Delivery location shall be FOB Destination to Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas The NAICS code for these items is 325180 - Other Basic Inorganic Chemical Manufacturing and the business size standard is 1000 employees.
