Amendment 001 has been published to remove the Small Business Set Aside. See RFQ solicitation. Vendors must be registered in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to view the drawing. Vendors may request access to the drawing via the Attahcmnet section of this solicitation, at www.sam.gov. Vendors must include their CAGE code in the "Reason for Request." Vendors also shall send their fully approved DD 2345 directly to brandy.m.huesmann.civ@army.mil for expedited approval.
