MII Sustainment Support

This is a Pre-Award Synopsis for the Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI), which serves as notification to inducstry, the Government's intent to solicit and negotiate only one source under the authority FAR 6.302-1 in support of McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP). This action will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for services set at Firm Fixed Price. The period of performance shall not exceed 3 years with 1 Base Year and 2 Option Years.

A sole source BPA to Hector Medrano, currently the only source authorized and approved at MCAAP; qualified to produce MII Reports that were exclusively developed with his expertise. The Requested Source is to diagnose and repair MII Reporting System. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541512 (Computer Systems Design Services). This is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this procurement, based upon response to this notice, is solely with the description of the Government.
