Material certifications should list heat values proving the grade of material used.

Certificate of Conformance should state- “This support conforms to the specifications listed in Drawing No. 1279594 Revision B.” Metal Certificate must state- “Material conforms to ASTM A1011 / A1011M HOT ROLLED STEEL SHEET, CS Type-B.” SPREADER FOR MK 8 PALLET, FFP SPREADER, PALLET, USED ON MK 8-0 PALLETS PER NAVSEA DRAWING No. 1279595 REVISION B, MANUFACTURED FROM ASTM A1011/A1011M, 11 GAGE HOT ROLLED STEEL, CS TYPE B.
