Horizon/Omnissa Virtualization Software and Maintenance Support

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION EXTENDED 24 HRS.

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI): Army Contracting Command – Rock Island is issuing this RFI announcement, as required when utilizing the authority at FAR 6.302-1. Brand Name or Equal Requirement for supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements in accordance with DFARS PGI 211.204. This RFI is for Horizon/Omnissa (formerly VMware end-user computing) software and maintenance support. The Government is seeking information from industry to assist with the development and planning of a potential requirement.

SUBMISSION DETAILS: Interested parties should identify themselves in writing with a capability statement to Contract Specialist, Maria Baskovic at maria.g.baskovic.civ@army.mil and Contracting Officer, Irene Kremer-Palmer at irene.m.kremer-palmer.civ@mail.mil. Capability statements shall include:

company name, point of contact, address, telephone, website and email addresses, UEI number, CAGE Code, Tax ID number, size category and socioeconiomic status, contract vehicles, brief description of company and its capability to perform the Horizon requirement IAW the quantities stated above. Interested/qualified parties should submit responses to the survey linked below, no later than (NLT) Tuesday 10 Sep 2024. Further RFI and/or draft RFQ may be sought in the future.

The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this sources sought. Initial Responses to this notice werte due by 10:30 a.m. ET, 10 SEP 2024. Due to additional questions, the Responses to this notice are due by 10:30 a.m. ET, 11 SEP 2024.
