Deployable Defensive Cyber Operations System – Modular version 2 (DDS-Mv2)

The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island intends to contract using other than full and open competition in support of the Project Manager Defensive Cyber Operations (PM DCO) for procurement, configuration, and delivery of the components that make up the Deployable Defensive Cyber Operations System – Modular version 2 (DDS-Mv2) kits.

Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, the ACC-RI intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source contract to Sealing Technologies, LLC. The DDS-Mv2 kits are customized mobile Compute and Storage systems used by soldiers to analyze, defend, and mitigate cyber threats against Army networks that are constantly under attack from rapidly evolving and improving adversaries.
