Vertical Milling Machines

The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is looking for interested vendors that manufacture and/or supply Vertical Milling Machines in support of the Rock Island Arsenal Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). The contractor will be responsible for supplying all materials and labor to manufacture and/or supply the above mentioned in accordance with (IAW) the RIPD. Contractors that recognize and can provide the required items described above are encouraged to provide the following information:

MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

Company Name, Company Phone Number, Email Address, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, Business size (large or small in regards to the NAICS listed above), Point of Contact (POC) with email address and phone number.

Must provide a summary of capabilities (to include pamphlets, capability statement, etc.) that meet/match our requirements as described above. Please respond no later than 25 September 2025 at 1000 am Central by email to Heather Petersen, Contract Specialist, at heather.j.petersen.civ@army.mil. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. This is for market research only to be used for planning purposes and should not be construed as a Request for Quote (RFQ) or an obligation on the part of the Government.

The Government does not intend to award a purchase order/contract on the basis of this market research or otherwise pay for information solicited.
