Trailer, Height-Adjustable for Transport of Aircraft Jacks on Flight Line

The 115th Fighter WIng in Madison, WI requires 1 EACH height-adjustable trailer for efficient loading and transportation of aircraft jacks on the flight line. See attached documents "Combined Synopsis and Solicitation" and "Purchase Description" for complete details.

Instructions to Offerors:

1. Quotes in response to this solicitation MUST include:

Completion of the Price Schedule. Vendor’s standard quote format may also be used. Ensure quote includes a complete price, including freight and accessories shown on the Purchase Description. Vendor’s Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and CAGE Quotes must be valid through September 30, 2024. A definitive and realistic delivery date after contract award. Awardee will be accountable for failure to meet its own proposed delivery date. Thorough description and specifications of the quoted trailer, if the brand name model is not quoted, in accordance with FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal. Warranty information.

2. All contractors shall be fully registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time a quote is submitted to the government. Offerors shall ensure SAM registration is active.

Unless otherwise stated, the offeror verifies by submission of a quote that the representations and certifications currently posted electronically at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Products and Commercial Services, have been entered or updated in the last 12 months, are current, accurate, complete, and applicable to the solicitation (including the business size standard(s) applicable to the NAICS referenced for this solicitation), at the time the quote is submitted and are incorporated in this offer by reference. Exceptions must be provided by manually completing paragraph (b) of FAR 52.212-3 and including it with the quote.

3. It is the interested vendor’s responsibility to check Contract Opportunities on SAM.gov for updated information.

4. All questions shall be in writing. Questions shall be emailed to the primary point of contact shown on this RFQ. 2. Changed language in Instructions to Offerors: Ensure quote includes a complete price, including freight and accessories shown on the Purchase Description. Please ensure quotes include prices for any accessories requested and available.

3. Reopened notice to extend due date.
