Parts for Fire Truck Pump

This is a Sources Sought to identify sources capable of fulfilling the following requirement. The following parts, manufactured by Hale Products, Inc., are determined to be necessary to restore firefighting capability of a fire truck. Equivalent items will be considered, but they must be compatible with the Hale 4HPS Pump Assembly, part number 501-00024-000.

Required Parts: Part # 501-00024-002-50, 1 EACH, Ultra High Pressure/High Pressure Pump Assembly. This pump assembly bolts to existing Hale Ultra High Pressure gear box assembly, part number 504-00023-000. The remaining parts listed below enable connection of 501-00024-002-50 to 501-00024-000.

Part # 046-0090-00-0, 2 EACH, GASKET, VHQ-295V Part # 217-1300-01-0, 2 EACH, ENDCAP 90X10EC Part # 046-5270-01-0, 1 EACH, GASKET, COVER, DRIVE UNIT Part # 040-1450-00-0, 5 EACH, O-Ring Part # 040-00032-000, 4 EACH, O-Ring Sources capable and willing to provide this item or a fully compatible item are requested to email a response with “Sources Sought W50S9F-24-Q-0008” in the subject line and shall provide the following information: Name of the firm and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI).

The socioeconomic status of the company. Point of contact name, phone number, and email address. Description of vendor capabilities specifically related to this requirement. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes. The Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought notice. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice.

Submissions will not be returned. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, IFB, or RFP, if any is issued. This notice was updated on April 4, 2024. The Product Service Code and NAICS were modifed to more accurately reflect this requirement, and one day was added to the response date.
