Notice of Intent: Local & Long-Distance Telecommunications Services

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive quotes or a solicitation of offers. The Utah Air National Guard (UTANG) intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source contract with the Zayo Group, LLC for Local & Long-Distance Telecommunications Services under FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i) - Only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements.

This requirement is for a non-personal service(s) contract to provide Local & Long-Distance Telecommunications Services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 517111 - Wired Telecommunications Carriers and the size standard is no more than 1,500 employees. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.

Responsible sources may identify their interest via email to the Government point of contact no later than 2:00 PM, Mountain Daylight Time, September 11th 2024. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis for future requirements.
