Special Notice – Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement The Tennessee Air National Guard, located in Memphis Tennessee intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract to ADVANTOR SYSTEMS CORPORATION 12612 Challenger Pkwy Ste 300, Orlando, FL 32826-2700.

ADVANTOR SYSTEMS CORPORATION will provide and install five (5) cameras VMS Video Wall (VMS VW) with 43” monitor will be installed inside the Main Gate area for camera viewing; install an access control on the entry door; install two video walls. The requirement will be sole sourced to ADVANTOR SYSTEMS CORPORATION in order to conform and integrate into customer owned and already installed security system equipment.

This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (1) "soliciting from a single source." The NAICS code is 334290 and has a size standard of 800 EMPLOYEES for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 4:00 p.m. CDT, 14 August 2024 to:
