Special Notice – Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement The Tennessee Air National Guard, located in Memphis Tennessee intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract MCS of Tampa, Inc. 8510 Sunstate St., Tampa, FL 33634. MCS of Tampa, Inc. will provide Support and Maintenance services for the Hi-Path 4000 Console System located at the Memphis Air National Guard Base, 4593 Swinnea Rd.

Memphis TN 38118. The requirement will be sole sourced to Unify, Inc. in order to provide parts, support, and maintenance services for onsite major and minor responses and remote with access. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (1) "soliciting from a single source." The NAICS code is 811210 and has a size standard of $34 million for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 4:00 p.m. CDT, 14 August 2024 to:

164.AW.MSC.ORG@US.AF.MIL. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
