This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-03 February 23, 2024. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 321992, Prefabricated Wood Building Manufacturing with the corresponding small business size standard of 500 employees. The Evaluation Criteria is in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 Evaluation of Quotations or Offers.

Offeror MUST provide Tax ID and CAGE Code and UEI with proposal. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; CLIN 0001 – Furnish and provide BKTZ212003 PT Pavilion in accordance with attached specifications. QTY:
