Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The 193 SOW Contracting Office intends to award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 8.405-6 (a)(1)(i)(B)m due to only one source being capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of the quality required because the requirement is unique. The 193 SOW has a requirement to purchase two roll up security doors. These doors will be installed alongside existing solid doors and will operate with the same control mechanism.

The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this effort is 332323 with a small business size standards if 500 employees. The Product Service code (PSC) for this acquisition is 5660. The Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations. This synopsis is for informational purpose only. A solicitation will not be issued for this procurement action or posted to the single Government Point of Entry, the SAM.GOV website. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice of a non-competitive action.
