ADAL Communications Bldg 210 Construction

This Sources Sought Synopsis is for the Oregon Air National Guard, 173d Fighter Wing, Kingsley Field Air National Guard Base, Klamath Falls, OR, to identify sources in the Small Business vendor size under NAICS 236220 for repair construction as identified in the cover sheet (see Attachments). The Project Magnitude is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. This is not a request for proposal/bid, or a solicitation, or an indication that a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement.

The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market research. No funds are available at this time. The proposed project is outlined in the Specifications. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for this project. Interested vendors are asked to respond to the contacts listed below via email.
