153rd Wyoming ANG Contracting in Cheyenne, WY hereby gives notice of its INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT to Front Range Television LLC. for procurement to provide TV Advertising with Wyoming ABC and FOX networks. All materials, labor, tools, and transportation needed to furnish the following:

CLIN 0001 - TV Advertising with Wyoming ABC and FOX networks – 10 Months This requirement is conducted under FAR 6.301-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action to Front Range Television LLC. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR PROPOSAL. The Government has a need for Front Range Television LLC. to provide TV Advertising with Wyoming ABC and FOX networks for the Wyoming Air National Guard.

Period of Performance: 10 Months from date of award Therefore, Front Range Television LLC. is the only known company that can satisfy the Government’s requirement. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. 153rd WY ANG Contracting will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing the capability information.
