Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Advantor IDS/ACS Install

153rd Wyoming ANG Contracting in Cheyenne, WY hereby gives notice of its INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT to Advantor Systems for procurement to install an Intrusion Detection System (IDS)/Access Control System (ACS) in accordance with (IAW) the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) All materials, labor, tools, and transportation needed to furnish the following:

CLIN 0001 - IDS/ACS Install in Bldg 16 (to include all ancillary services and freight) – 1 Job This requirement is conducted under FAR 6.301-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action to Advantor Systems THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR PROPOSAL. The Government has a need for Advantor Systems to provide IDS/ACS Install services for the Wyoming ANG in Cheyenne, WY.

Period of Performance: 120 days ADC Therefore, Advantor Systems is the only known company that can satisfy the Government’s requirement. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. All interested firms must respond by Tuesday, 17 Sep 2024, 10:00pm MDT to MSgt Chris Davalos, Christopher.davalos.1@us.af.mil.

Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. 153rd WY ANG Contracting will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing the capability information.
