Update Section 6 (Place of Performance) on Attachment 1 - Peformance Work Statement to include additonal guidance. The Oklahoma Air National Guard (OKANG) is prepared to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to vendors for providing comprehensive tailwheel flight training services, leading to the successful acquisition of a tailwheel endorsement in accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulation 14 CFR 61.31.
