Notice of Intent-Advantor Systems

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Kentucky Air National Guard intends to award a sole source purchase order to Advantor Systems II LLC. (cage code 1S063), 12612 Challenger PKWY STE 300, Orlando, Florida 32826-2784, United States for updates to the installation security and intrusion detection system.

Advantor Systems II LLC will be able to provide the equipment and installation service to ensure the Kentucky Air National security system performs as required and will adhere to various Air Force requirements and Technical Orders. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above.

A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A Sole Source Justification Letter will be posted with the Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source IAW Far 6.305(a). The closing date for this notice is 22 August 2025 at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time.
