**The solicitation has been amended to extend the due date for offers from 12:00AM EST on September 28, 2024 to 1:00PM EST on September 28, 2024. Additionally, responses to Requests for Information have been added to this notice as an attachment

The solicitation has been amended again to add Question & Answer #7 to the RFI Q&A document attached to this notice to detail the current make / model head-end receivers as well as the media coverters all in use since 2016. Finally, the following provision & clause were also incorporated into this solicitation:

FAR 52.217-5 & FAR 52.217-9** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number W50S8H-24-Q-A088, in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, and is in accordance with provisions and clauses effective in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2024-06 effective 29 August 2024). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 334220 and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses.

The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to a qualified Total Small Business deemed responsive in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. Quotes must conform to all requirements outlined in this Request for Quote (RFQ). Delivery of requirements will be FOB destination. This office will consider any late quotes or any late revisions of quotes as non-responsive.

Quote Evaluation: Quotes will be evaluated by lowest priced offer who can meet the required equipment delivery deadline of no later than 31 October 2024 with the beginning of service no later than 1 November 2024. Quote Information: Quotes must be submitted and received no later than 12:00 p.m. EST 28 September 2024. Electronic offers required, telephone quotes will not be accepted.
