Sources Sought - Advertising Services at the Ralph Engelstad Arena in Grand Forks, ND

The 119th Wing/North Dakota Air National Guard, located at 1400 32nd Ave. North in Fargo, ND 58102 is conducting preliminary Market Research to determine an available pool of Small Business vendors who can provide advertising services via commercial and various signage for the 119th Wing / North Dakota Air National Guard Recruiting Section.

Specifically, advertising services to attract new recruits at various sporting events at the Ralph Engelstad Arena located at One Ralph Engelstad Arena Drive, Grand Forks, North Dakota are being sought.

The 119th Wing / North Dakota Air National Guard is seeking sources who can provide various means of promoting the North Dakota Air National Guard at the Ralph Engelstad Arena during the 2024-2025 University of North Dakota (UND) hockey season, the 2024-2025 UND women’s basketball season, and the 2024-2025 UND men’s basketball season. This notice does not authorize the commitment of appropriated funds, nor does it obligate the government to any contract or agreement with any interested parties.
