Industrial Control Systems Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition simulator

The Maryland Air National Guard Contracting Office is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having resources to support Industrial Control Systems Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition simulator. The capability is critical for enhancing the Maryland Air National Guard’s ability to train, exercise, and prepare cyber forces for network internal defense and cyber incident response related to industrial control systems.

The technical specifications are referenced in Table I of this document and attached statement of work. The intention is to procure this commodity on a competitive basis. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition, and multiple awards MAY be made. All Small Business Set-Aside categories will be considered.
