The Maryland Air National Guard Contracting Office is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having resources an autonomous 3D scanning robotic solution to rapidly capture high-resolution geospatial data of airfield systems. The capability is critical for enhancing the Maryland Air National Guard’s ability to establish operations in austere environments, assess airfield damage and generate actionable intelligence for command decisions.
The technical specifications are referenced in Table I of this document. The intention is to procure this commodity on a competitive basis. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition, and multiple awards MAY be made. All Small Business Set-Aside categories will be considered.
