Remove three HVAC units in Building 37 UPS building. Existing equipment is Wall Mounted, Bard, Model No. W60A2-C9XPXXXJ, 18 A, 414-506 VAC, 60 HZ, 3 PHASE. All units are still functioning. Replace HVAC units one at a time to maintain UPS building HVAC. Removed equipment becomes Contractors property. Provide and install three new equivalent wall mounted, 5 Ton HVAC units rated for outdoor use with the following Characteristics:
