The 181st Intelligence Wing, Indiana Air National Guard, has a requirement to award a firm-fixed-price contract for 60 inch drum-style mulching attachment in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Please note that this is currently and UNFUNDED requirement, upon receipt of funds an award will be made to the most advantageous offer. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. Upon availability of funds, the government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government; technical capability, pricing, and delivery time considered.

The Government may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest; may accept technically acceptable offers other than the lowest offer; and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received. The Government intends to evaluate quotes and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror’s initial quote should contain the offeror’s best terms from a cost or price and technical standpoint.
