Replace Fire Hydrants

This notice issues the Request for Quote, Solicitation # W50S7T-25-B-A005, Replace Fire Hydrants, Project # FY25_LSRM_08. Please refer to the attached Solicitation, Attachment 1 - SOW)_hydrants, and Attachments 2-4. Site visit date, time, and location is identified in the subject solicitation. Please read the solicitation and other documents thoroughly and abide by the solicitation requirements. See Amendment # W50S7T-25-B-A005-P0001 for applicable changes.

The original solicitation will remain, but the contractor will be responsible for reviewing the changes within the amended document and acknowledging thos changes for a bid to be acceptable. The original amendment 0001 did not properly release with the government's contract writing program, but all applicable changes from the July 25 amendment are included in the 15 August amendment.

The contractor is only required to acknowledge one solicitation amendment for 15 August 2025. See updated attachment that removes incorrect CLIN reference within Attachment 2 - G-12A-Fire Protection Systems_markup. Updated wage determination also included within solicitation. No further site visits will be provided by the Government. The abstract for the bid opening has been posted. Per FAR 14.404, all bids are rejected and this requirement will be resolicited.
