MDVL199100 - Construct Base Fitness Center at the 186th ARW

SOURCES SOUGHT: THIS NOTICE IS MARKET RESEARCH TO SUPPORT INCLUSION OF SOLE SOURCE (BRAND NAME) SPECIFICATIONS IN FY24 Military Construction of the facility to ensure total system compatibility with the existing equipment installed on previous construction land/or existing standardized systems across the installation at Key Field Air National Guard Base in Meridian, MS - AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.

The 186th Air Refueling Wing (ARW), Mississippi intends to specify the below listed items as a portion of a larger construction contract to be executed at the 186th ARW, MS. A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement between other manufacturers, for the specific items listed below, based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Reference FAR 6.302-1(c), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements - Application for brand name descriptions." Items: Monaco MAAP-X control panels and Transceivers (BT-X Series) compatible with the Monaco D-21 Emergency Management System Automated Logic Controls (ALC) energy management control system compatible with the existing ALC WebCtrl EMCS Operating Network THIS NOTICE IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE AND NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.

No solicitation will be available as these Brand Name items will be incorporated into the specifications of FY24 solicitations for Construction Projects on Key Field Air National Guard Base, Mississippi. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine the interest and capability of firms who believe they can provide products that are compatible with the items above. Vendors who offer the above items which can meet all the above functional criteria are invited to respond to this notice. Responses must include the following information:

(1) Identification of the manufacturer's name, address, and country of product manufacture.

(2) Fully detailed specification sheets.

(3) Narrative addressing how your product meets the salient features of the items listed above. Please send responses to 186th Air Refueling Wing, ATTN: MSgt Ned L.
