NDI Interlock System

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action for Interlock System rewiring and reprogramming at the 148th Fighter Wing, Duluth, MN and is not a request for competitive proposals. Questions regarding this notice must be submitted by 9 January 2025, 1500 CST. All inquiries received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The intention is to award this contract to Technical Services Group, Inc. due to their organization being the sole manufacturer and sole source of repairs for the required interlock system. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
