The 124th Fighter Wing requires one (1) A-10 Tube Cutting Kit. The kit shall include various sized tube cutters, a drive assembly, accessories, and a durable carrying case. The tube cutting kit must have the capability to cut various materials. All offerors shall read attached solicitation W50S73-25-Q-A005 for all pertinant details, instructions, provisions, and clauses.

Salient Characteristics: The A-10 Tube Cutting Kit must meet the following minimum requirements: Tube Cutters (1 each): 3/16" Tube Cutter - Max head diameter 1.53" 1/4" Tube Cutter - Max head diameter 1.53" 5/16" Tube Cutter - Max head diameter 1.53" 3/8" Tube Cutter - Max head diameter 1.53" 1/2" Tube Cutter - Max head diameter 2.25" 5/8" Tube Cutter - Max head diameter 2.38" 3/4" Tube Cutter - Max head diameter 2.50" 1" Tube Cutter - Max head diameter 2.75" Drive Assembly: 1 each, Tube Cutter drive assembly.

Accessories: Manual Drive System(s) Electric Drive System Flexible Drive Cables Durable Carrying Case Material Cutting Capability: All tube cutters must be capable of cutting the following materials: carbon steel, low alloy steel, chrome steel, chrome/moly alloys, stainless steel, titanium, copper, aluminum, and copper-nickel alloys.

Specifications: Compact size for access in limited clearance areas. Horseshoe style head for easy installation and removal. Self-centering capability for quick and easy mounting. Auto-feed mechanism for ease and speed of operation. "Chipless" cutting wheel to prevent chip generation. Removable pin for cutting wheel replacement. Pneumatic drive system/motor for use in hazardous areas. Quick disconnect for easy size head changes.
